How to set Up Autodesk integration in MarTech3D | Engine
Connecting Autodesk to MarTech3D | Engine allows you to browse and import CAD files directly from your Autodesk account.
This makes it easier to keep product files organised, reduce manual downloads and uploads, and give marketing teams quicker access to the latest approved CAD files.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the Add Product menu
From the Product Library, select the dropdown arrow next to Add Product.
2. Select Import from Autodesk
From the dropdown list, select Import from Autodesk.
3. Connect your Autodesk account
In the Autodesk tab, select Connect.
4. Authorise access
Autodesk will ask you to authorise access to your account.
Select Allow.
The system will then verify the connection. This may take up to a minute.
5. Browse your Autodesk files
Once connected, you can browse the files available in your Autodesk account.
💡 Please note: Your files may take one or two minutes to appear while the connection is authenticated and the file list is loaded.
6. Select files to import
Select the CAD files you would like to import into MarTech3D | Engine.
The selected files will be added to the import queue.
🔄 Check the Import Status
You can check the progress of your files from the Notifications menu.
Open CAD Imports to see whether each file is:
- Queued
- Processing
- Complete
- Requiring attention
Once processing is complete, your products will be available in the Product Library.
