Organising and Tagging Products and Renders
MarTech3D | Engine (Asset Creator) is built to handle large product libraries with full flexibility for organisation and search.
Thanks to our many-to-many database structure, every product, render, and asset can be tagged, grouped, and filtered in multiple ways — making it easy to find exactly what you need, even across complex product ranges.
Tagging and Grouping Assets
You can assign tags to both products and renders, allowing you to group items by:
- Brand
- Product family
- Material or finish
- Region or language
- Marketing campaign
- Any custom tag you define
Because tags are many-to-many, a single product or render can belong to multiple groups at once.
For example, a model can be tagged under both “Premium Range” and “Black Finish” — and will appear in filtered searches for either.
💡 Tip: Consistent tagging helps your team maintain an organised library and speeds up content retrieval during campaigns or product launches.
Searching, Sorting, and Filtering
Once tags are applied, you can:
- Search by product name, render title, or any tag
- Sort by brand, style, date, or custom order
- Filter to instantly narrow results to the assets you need
This allows marketing and product teams to work quickly across large datasets without losing track of key visuals or assets.
Naming and Describing Renders
Each render can be individually named and described.
Custom names make it easier to identify different lighting setups or camera angles, while descriptions provide context for campaigns, product launches, or internal usage notes.
Upcoming Features: Batch Actions and Batch Rendering
We’re introducing powerful batch features to streamline asset management for clients with extensive product libraries.
These will include:
- Batch Rendering: Select multiple products and generate all associated renders simultaneously
- Batch Actions: Apply tags, names, and descriptions to multiple renders at once
These features will significantly reduce manual steps for teams managing hundreds of SKUs or frequent visual updates.
