How to add more device licences

Each offline device running a MarTech3D app through the MarTech3D Launcher requires its own licence. If you're seeing a message that you’ve reached your device limit, you’ll need to either free up an existing licence or purchase more.

🔍 What is a device licence?

A device licence allows one Windows device to run your 3D app offline via the MarTech3D Launcher.

• Licences are per device, not per user
• Licences are tracked and managed by MarTech3D
• Offline apps will not launch if your licence limit has been reached

👤 Check how many licences you have

To view or confirm how many offline device licences are included in your plan:

1. Contact your MarTech3D account manager
2. Or email us at hello@martech3d.com with your company name
3. Or use the live chat function on this page.

🔁 Option 1: Free up a licence

If you’ve reached your limit, you can uninstall the Martech3D Launcher from a device that’s no longer in use.

Important: Licences are automatically released when a device is fully uninstalled.

Once freed up, you can install the Launcher on a new device.
