Integrating Live Chat
MarTech3D apps can include live chat integration, allowing users to connect with your team in real time while exploring your 3D environment.
This is ideal for lead generation, sales support, event interactions, or helping users navigate your app β all without leaving the immersive experience.
π¬ What types of live chat can be used?
You can integrate:
- π Third-party chat widgets β like HelpScout Beacon, HubSpot Chat, Intercom, LiveChat, Drift, Tawk.to, etc.
- π In-app branded chat buttons or panels
- π Contextual chat triggers β based on product viewed, zone visited, or time on page
- π» Offline fallback β convert to form or ticket when agents are unavailable
All integrations work in both browser-based and embedded Martech3D apps.
π§© Where can the chat appear?
- A floating chat icon in the corner of the screen
- A fixed tab or callout panel (e.g. βNeed help?β or βChat with salesβ)
- A hotspot-triggered panel β launch chat from a specific area or product
- A slide-out window from a CTA or form step
You control the styling, position, and behaviour.

Live chat requires an internet connection and is supported in:

β Not available in offline mode via the Martech3D Launcher.
For offline use, you can show a message or fallback form (e.g. βLeave us a messageβ).
