If you're using MarTech3D Launcher to run your apps offline, it's important to keep them up to date. You can sync any app with the latest version from your online CMS content using the built-in update feature.
Here’s how to update or re-sync your offline 3D app in just a few steps:

1. Open MarTech3D Launcher
Launch the MarTech3D Launcher on your Windows device.
2. Click “Manage Apps”
From the main screen, click the Manage Apps button.
This puts the launcher into management mode, allowing you to manage installed apps.
3. Select the App You Want to Update
All apps installed on your device will be listed.
Find the one you’d like to sync and look for the Update button.
4. Click the “Update” Button
Click Update to begin syncing the app with the latest version of its content from the cloud.
This will pull down any:
- CMS content updates
- Asset changes
- Scene optimisations
- Hotspot updates
- User interface tweaks
Note: This requires an internet connection.
5. Click “Complete Installation”
Once the sync is complete, you’ll see a new button:
Complete Installation
Click this to finalise the update process — including file verification and optimisation for offline access.

Your offline app is now updated and ready to run.
You can now launch the app as usual from the Launcher, even without an internet connection.
