Martech3D is a high-performance, web-based 3D platform designed to run on a wide range of modern devices and browsers. However, as a graphics-intensive platform, performance will vary depending on your hardware, operating system, internet connection, and browser version.

To ensure a smooth and stable experience, please review our compatibility and specification guidelines below.

✅ Supported Browsers

Martech3D officially supports:

• Google Chrome (latest 2 versions)
• Microsoft Edge (latest 2 versions)
• Safari (latest 2 versions; some limitations on older builds)

Note: Martech3D does not support Mozilla Firefox due to its limitations with WebGL and 3D performance.

We officially support browser versions released in the last 12 months or the last 2 major versions — whichever is more recent.

• macOS (Monterey and later)
• iOS (17 and later recommended)
• Android (15 and later recommended)

🔊 In-App Video Conferencing Compatibility

Our in-app video conferencing uses WebRTC, which is supported by:

• ✅ Chrome – full support

• ⚠️ Safari (v11+) and Edge – partial support

  Some video call features may be unavailable or perform inconsistently.

Firefox is not supported for in-app video conferencing or general app use.

For best results with complex scenes, animations, and heavier apps:

Mobile:

Please be aware of the following conditions:

1. Application performance and load times may be affected on older or lower-spec devices.
2. Performance is also affected by server capacity and the number of concurrent users.
3. Martech3D does not guarantee support or satisfactory performance on unsupported or outdated devices and browsers.
4. We only guarantee support for the last 2 major versions of supported browsers and operating systems, or versions released within the last 12 months.
